Our Oreo Cake is a cookies-and-cream masterpiece ' two soft layers of vanilla sponge baked with Oreo specks, filled with silky Oreo-flavoured buttercream and smooth Belgian white chocolate. The outside is coated in a vanilla buttercream finish, topped with white chocolate drips, and wrapped in a generous border of crushed Oreo crumbs for the perfect crunch.
