Shipping policy

Postal Deliveries:

All postal products are available for postal delivery will be delivered via Royal Mail First class.

Cut off dates for postal orders:

We will aim to post out all postal bakes every working day. However if the day fall on a Friday, we will normally push it onto the following Monday, to ensure the bakes stay as fresh as possible, when they arrive.

Postal bakes will be baked and delivered as soon as possible to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible, but not to worry, our postal bakes have a shelf life of up to 10 days! So if you receive your postal order a little late, they still will be delicious!

Postage is charged at £3.95.

Free on orders above £50.

Hand Delivery:

Delivery charges are between £3.50 - £7.50 dependant on your postcode.

Orders above £50 are free delivery.

Please ensure you choose a date & timeslot for your local delivery orders. Re-deliveries are subject to fees in most cases.

If due to a sudden change of circumstances you need to change the date or timeslot of your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will try work out an efficient solution together.

Hand Delivery is currently only available to the following post codes:

E1,E10,E11,E13,E14,E15,E16,E17

E1W,E2,E20,E3,E4,E5,E7,E8,E9,EC1,E6

Essex:

IG1,IG11,IG2,IG3,IG4

North London:

Romford:

RM8,RM9

South East London:
